Membership

The Powderham Neighborhood Association (PNA) meets every other month.

Because of rising prices and projected budget deficit, the PNA has increased membership dues effective 2025. The small increase will help to ensure PNA has the funds available for regular expenses such as:

  • Entranceway Beautification
  • Community Events (Yard Sale, Annual Picnic, Halloween, Cinco de Mayo)
  • Directory/Mailings
  • Insurance
  • Regular maintenance projects
  • Utilities (Water, PO Box, Electric)
  • Website maintenance
  • Welcome Wagon (New Neighbor Baskets)

All of the wonderful planned activities in Powderham come as a result of the time and talent of our neighbors and the financial support of ALL neighbors. Paying your PNA dues is Important! Although membership in PNA is voluntary and we cannot mandate the payment of annual dues, we DO make sure ALL neighbors benefit from the Association's efforts and ask that each of us do our small part to make Powderham the wonderful place it is to live!

Powderham Neighborhood Association (PNA) yearly dues are $100. You now have the option of submitting your payment by mail, $CashApp, Zelle, or through PayPal (link or CR code)!
